Recruitment Consultant (Senior-Principal)

Recruitis is a consultancy focused on AI & Tech Talent. The Recruitment Consultant (Senior-Principal) will build a new growth function, own a recruitment desk, and manage end-to-end 360 recruitment. The role involves business development, client relationship management, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes for senior professional roles. The position requires a consultative mindset and strong commercial awareness.

Build and own a recruitment desk from defining market focus to developing long-term client relationships

Manage end-to-end 360 recruitment from initial brief through to placement and follow-up

Proactively develop new client relationships through business development and referrals

Partner with clients to understand business context and translate hiring needs into search strategies

Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience

Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant in an agency environment

Strong business development capability with end-to-end client ownership experience

Track record of delivering on senior or hard-to-fill roles

Consultative mindset and ability to act as a trusted advisor

Strong communication skills engaging senior stakeholders and candidates globally

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commercial awareness
