Data Analyst (Fixed-term contract)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business understanding with strong technical and analytical skills. The Data Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and data engineers to transform complex data into meaningful insights and scalable BI solutions. Responsibilities include designing dashboards and reports, translating business requirements into scalable reporting, analyzing complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities, and building data models. The analyst will also partner with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and present findings to stakeholders.

Design and develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar

Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities

Deliver insights and recommendations to support product, operational, and strategic decisions

Build and maintain data models, semantic layers, and reporting structures

3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar

Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets

Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and reporting frameworks

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong in presentation and storytelling skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain data clearly to business stakeholders

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Strong in English
