Specialist, Multimedia Designer (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

Agoda is hiring a Specialist, Multimedia Designer for its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok, Thailand, with relocation provided and a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days from home). The role focuses on motion design, visual storytelling, and generative AI to produce motion and video content for a global consumer audience across social, performance, and brand campaigns.

The designer will own motion design and animation from concept through delivery, collaborate with brand, product marketing, and growth teams, and leverage AI-powered tools for concepting, storyboarding, image/video generation, and localization. Candidates need 5+ years in motion design or related creative work, a strong portfolio, advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, and experience with AI image/video platforms such as Veo, Imagen, or Runway.

Own motion design and animation for assigned campaigns and launch moments, from concept and storyboarding through production and final delivery

Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content across Agoda marketing channels, formats, languages, and platforms

Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling solutions that translate brand strategy and campaign objectives into compelling consumer experiences

Collaborate with brand, product marketing, growth, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life

Leverage AI-powered creative tools across concept development, storyboarding, image and video generation, editing, adaptation, and production

5+ years of experience in Motion Design, Content Creation, Advertising or a related creative discipline, ideally in consumer/B2C brand or agency environments

Outstanding portfolio demonstrating excellence in motion design, visual storytelling, social-first content and campaign development

Advanced proficiency in industry-standard creative tools including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and related software

Demonstrated experience creating AI-generated imagery and video for commercial marketing applications using platforms such as Veo, Imagen, Seedance, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, GPT Image, or similar tools

Experience integrating AI throughout creative workflows, including concept development, storyboarding, content generation, asset adaptation, and production
