Specialist, Multimedia Artist (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

Agoda is hiring a Specialist, Multimedia Artist based in Bangkok within the Performance Marketing team. The role owns motion design and animation for campaigns and launch moments, creating motion graphics, animations, and video content across marketing channels, formats, languages, and platforms, while leveraging AI-powered creative tools to scale production and localization. The position combines traditional motion design craft with generative AI for concept development, storyboarding, image and video generation, editing, and adaptation.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in motion design, content creation, or advertising, an outstanding portfolio, advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, and demonstrated experience creating AI-generated imagery and video for commercial marketing. A portfolio must be submitted with the application.

Own motion design and animation for assigned campaigns and launch moments, from concept and storyboarding through production and final delivery

Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content across Agoda marketing channels, formats, languages, and platforms

Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling solutions that translate brand strategy and campaign objectives into compelling consumer experiences

Collaborate with brand, product marketing, growth, and other stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life

Leverage AI-powered creative tools across concept development, storyboarding, image and video generation, editing, adaptation, and production

5+ years of experience in Motion Design, Content Creation, Advertising or a related creative discipline, ideally in consumer/B2C brand or agency environments

Outstanding portfolio demonstrating excellence in motion design, visual storytelling, social-first content and campaign development

Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and related software

Demonstrated experience creating AI-generated imagery and video for commercial marketing applications using platforms such as Veo, Imagen, Seedance, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, GPT Image, Claude code or similar tools

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
