Operations Execution Lead (SPX Express) - Operations

The Operations Execution Lead (SPX Express) is responsible for leading day-to-day manpower execution across multiple facilities, ensuring reliable manpower fulfillment and on-time deployment. The role guides the Execution team, works with Operations and manpower vendors to manage gaps and risks, and establishes execution standards, SOPs, and escalation processes. It also drives process improvement and the rollout of manpower-related initiatives.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fields, with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have team leadership or multi-facility coordination experience, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Lead day-to-day manpower execution across assigned facilities to achieve manpower fulfillment and on-time deployment against confirmed plans.

Manage and guide the Execution team, set priorities, monitor performance, and support the team in resolving key operational issues and escalations.

Work closely with Operations and manpower vendors to manage manpower gaps, requirement changes, and execution risks.

Establish and maintain execution standards, SOPs, cut-offs, and escalation processes across facilities.

Identify recurring operational issues, drive root-cause resolution and process improvement, and lead rollout of manpower-related projects and operational initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related fields.

3–5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Manpower Operations, Vendor Management, or related fields.

Experience in leading a team or coordinating operations across multiple facilities/areas is preferred.

Strong operational problem-solving skills with the ability to manage issues and escalations in a fast-paced environment.

Good stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills; able to use operational data to support decision-making.
