Warehouse Planning and Control Tower Lead (SPX )

This role involves leading initiatives in resource management and overseeing resource allocation for Business As Usual operations and specific campaigns. The position requires generating reports to evaluate actual staffing levels and analyzing productivity metrics. The candidate must collaborate to assess and adjust manpower requirements based on operational needs and monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgeted figures.

Oversee resource allocation for both Business As Usual (BAU) operations and specific campaigns

Conduct analysis to optimize manpower planning and align resources with operational demands

Collaborate to assess and adjust manpower requirements based on operational needs

Generate reports to evaluate actual staffing levels and analyze productivity metrics

Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgeted figures

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operation management, logistic management is plus

Knowledge on Operational activity and limitation

Strong Analysis to deep dive in detail and hypothesis for root cause

Essential cross-functional working skills with strong analytical thinking, initiative and results-driven

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
