Manager / Senior Manager, White Label Solutions APAC (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

This role leads the growth and development of Agoda’s White Label business across the Asia-Pacific region. The Manager or Senior Manager will develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, airlines, loyalty programs, and other ecosystem partners. Responsibilities include developing regional strategies, managing the full partnership lifecycle, designing solutions with internal teams, and defining performance KPIs. The position requires cross-functional leadership to drive revenue and manage commercial challenges.

Develop and execute Agoda’s regional White Label strategy across APAC

Lead the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting through negotiation, launch, and optimization

Work with product, technology, operations, marketing, finance, and legal teams to design partner solutions

Define and monitor KPIs, including bookings, revenue, conversion, and profitability

Act as the regional business owner for White Label partnerships

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Technology, or a related field

8–12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, distribution, e-commerce, travel, fintech, or related industries

Proven experience managing complex regional partnerships across APAC

Strong commercial and negotiation experience

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Japanese Speaking is preferred
