Senior Manager, Biddable Search

The Senior Manager, Biddable Search will lead strategy and operations for client campaigns across search and social platforms. Key duties include diagnosing client situations, developing media proposals, managing budgets, and optimizing performance metrics such as CTR and CPA. The role also involves team management, mentoring Search Executives, and ensuring SOX compliance. Success is measured by exceeding client expectations within 12 months and creating a strategic roadmap for the following year. The position requires a minimum of 4 years of SEM experience and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.

Diagnose a client’s current situation and objectives

Develop Media proposals in line with client needs

Grow strong relationships with client-side Senior Management

Ensure SEM efficiencies are made by the proper use of tools and integration

Allocate clients budgets to maximize return on investment

Provide on the job training, coaching and mentoring to Search Executive/Assistant

Ensure all SEM output is SOX compliant and timesheets are completed accurately

Minimum 4 years of SEM experience, ideally with strong operational track record

Extensive usage and knowledge of analytical packages e.g. Google Analytics, or Omniture

Strategy and implementation of client campaigns across Google AdWords, DoubleClick, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads

Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel (vlook ups, pivot tables, IF functions)

Account and team management experience
