Application Specialist - Clinical or PAS - อินเตอร์ซิสเต็มส์

The Application Specialist is based in the Bangkok office and plays a lead role in implementing the TrakCare solution. The role involves contributing to product delivery through requirements scoping, field design documentation, and change request testing. The specialist acts as an expert resource for customers, communicating and prioritizing requirements. Responsibilities include liaising with customers to understand work processes, implementing the application to suit business needs, conducting training and demonstrations, and managing change management requests. The role requires a Clinical University Degree, Thai and English language skills, and experience in solving problems and using technology to improve processes.

Liaise with customers to understand work processes and requirements

Implement the TrakCare application to suit business requirements

Conduct individual and group training, product demonstrations, and workshops

Implement and control change management requests from clients

Deliver successful application implementation phases

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TrakCare implementations

General aptitude for solving problems and using technology

Background in Hospital Pharmacy Operations, Nursing, PAS, Billing, or General Medical training

Experience in implementing product solutions, particularly HIS solutions

Understanding of computer systems, software development, and deployment methodology

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and within tight time constraints

Proven ability to think laterally and innovate solutions

Ability to make independent recommendations

Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

Thai and English language required
