This role is an entry-level position within WPP Media focused on managing real-time bidding campaigns across social platforms. The Executive will handle the setup, monitoring, reporting, and analysis of advertising campaigns to meet client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The position requires staying updated on platform changes and completing certifications like Meta Blueprint. The role involves acting as a custodian of the client's social presence and serving as a trusted partner by attending briefings and strategy sessions to design social ads that deliver business value. The team operates in a hybrid environment.

Manage real time bidding campaigns on multiple platforms for clients

Setup, monitor, report and analyze advertising campaigns to deliver on client KPIs

Stay updated with platform changes and new features through regular training, active research, attending webinars, and completing key certifications such as Meta Blueprint and other relevant online courses

To be the custodian of your client's advertising presence on social platforms & the go-to-person on matters social

Keep your client leads up to date on social best practices - content, platforms, and tools within the paid social ecosystem

Ability to work flexible hours when needed

Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks or campaigns simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and zero-error execution

Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Quick learner who adapts well to change and is eager to take on new challenges

Team player who collaborates well across functions while also working independently when needed

Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly

Analytical skills and experience with Excel are a plus
