Performance Control Tower (SPX) (Samut Prakarn) - ช้อปปี้

This role is part of the Operations team at Shopee, which manages the end-to-end operational process from product listing to buyer delivery. The team monitors operational KPIs across the region and performs root cause analysis when performance fluctuates. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with the Recovery Team for loss disputes and follows up on internal SOC RC and TP lost issues. It also includes analyzing lost, stuck, and high-value targets, conducting trend analysis, and coordinating with engineers and logistics managers to update product features and sort codes.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operation management, logistic management is plus

Knowledge on Operational activity and limitation

Strong Analysis to deep dive in detail and hypothesis for root cause

Essential cross-functional working skills with strong analytical thinking, initiative and results-driven

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
