Leasing Professional - กลุ่มเซ็นทรัล

This role focuses on managing leasing activities and tenant relations within a commercial property setting. You will be responsible for researching market needs and identifying suitable tenants to support sales operations. The position involves presenting properties to potential clients and providing detailed information about zoning, expansion, and local market conditions. You will also assist in negotiating lease terms and closing deals to ensure effective leasing operations. Additionally, you will manage rental application data and maintain communication with tenants and internal teams to improve overall team performance.

• Conduct research to determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospect customers
• Present and advertise available properties using various media and promotional materials to attract suitable tenants
• Provide comprehensive information on property aspects including expansion, zoning, and crime rates to support tenant navigation
• Assist in negotiating leasing terms and conditions to close deals effectively
• Accumulate and manage rental application data and personal references to ensure efficient leasing completion
• Liaise with tenants and related internal functions to support ongoing leasing operations
• Prepare reports summarizing overall leasing activities to propose improvements and enhance team performance
• Stay updated with property market status to apply insights in leasing operations

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible work experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to coordinate tasks effectively and manage multiple priorities

• Proactive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Basic understanding of real estate or property management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
