SAP Security and GRC Consultant - Deloitte

You will design, configure, and test SAP security roles and authorizations across various modules and platforms including S/4HANA, Fiori, and GTS. You will implement and support SAP GRC solutions like Access Control and Risk Management to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Additionally, you will perform security audits, provide troubleshooting support, and maintain comprehensive documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal security solutions.

• Design, configure, and test SAP security roles and authorizations for various SAP modules and platforms
• Implement and support SAP GRC solutions to ensure compliance with internal and external policies
• Perform SAP security and GRC audits, assessments, and remediation activities
• Provide SAP security and GRC support and troubleshooting for issues and incidents
• Develop and maintain SAP security and GRC documentation including policies and procedures
• Collaborate with SAP consultants, business analysts, and project managers to deliver optimal solutions
• Stay updated with the latest SAP security and GRC trends and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP security and GRC consulting with a proven track record
• Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, tools, and methodologies including role design and segregation of duties
• Proficient in SAP security and GRC configuration and testing for various modules and platforms
• Certification in SAP security and/or GRC is preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Leadership experience in consulting environments
• Experience with emergency access management
• Knowledge of industry-specific compliance frameworks
