T&T Manager - Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials - Deloitte

You will lead Oracle Cloud Financials projects, focusing on strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization for the Accounting function. This role involves managing business processes, security, and data integrity within Oracle Cloud applications. You will also support business development activities, including proposal development and client engagement management. Additionally, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud ERP Consulting engagements, ensuring process design and successful package implementation lifecycle support.

As a leader, you will be responsible for supervising and performance managing staff on assigned engagements. You will develop diverse, high-performing teams through meaningful development opportunities and collaborate effectively to build productive relationships. Your role requires aligning your team to key objectives, setting clear priorities, and making informed decisions that positively impact sustainable financial performance. • Lead Oracle Cloud Financials projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization for the Accounting function
• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities
• Lead the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud ERP Consulting engagements, including process design and package implementation lifecycle support
• Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements
• Facilitate global design workshops and conduct business process analysis
• Provide subject matter guidance and training to clients during implementation
• Ensure implementation follows established practice configuration principles
• Deliver implementation support, bug fixes, and customer support

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related field
• CPA qualification or Master’s degree is preferable
• At least 10 years of Oracle Financials experience (Cloud Financials and EBS)
• Minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle implementations as a Functional Lead or Project Lead
• Must have experience managing full life-cycle projects in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations or large implementations
• Must have experience from a functional perspective with focus on implementing Oracle ERP Cloud modules
• Knowledge of organization setup and module-specific configurations
• Ability to perform requirement analysis and deliver functional design documents
