Incubation Lead – Fulfillment by Shopee - Shopee

You will lead the incubation strategy for newly acquired FBS sellers, ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to sustainable business growth. You will design and execute structured seller incubation programs to accelerate seller activation, operational readiness, and marketplace success. You will drive the adoption of Fulfillment by Shopee services by educating sellers on best practices and platform capabilities. You will monitor seller performance throughout the incubation period to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. You will partner with Category Management, Commercial, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to resolve seller challenges and improve the end-to-end seller journey. You will analyze seller performance metrics and customer insights to develop targeted growth initiatives. You will identify operational bottlenecks and lead cross-functional improvement projects to enhance onboarding efficiency and scalability. You will develop data-driven dashboards and performance reporting to track incubation outcomes and provide actionable business recommendations. You will build playbooks, training materials, and standard operating procedures to standardize seller onboarding and incubation processes. You will mentor and coach team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, Seller Acquisition, Key Account Management, Consulting, or E-commerce.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, acquisition, or marketplace expansion.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive commercial decisions.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Experience with logistics or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in a high-growth e-commerce marketplace environment.
