T&T Manager - SAP CO - Deloitte

This role is part of the SAP team within Deloitte Southeast Asia, focusing on delivering comprehensive SAP solutions. As a leader, you will drive regional business growth by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP projects, from functional and technical design to business transformation. You will guide client teams through complex implementation cycles, ensuring successful delivery of target state solutions while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

You will be responsible for analyzing client requirements through workshops and interviews, designing tailored SAP solutions, and configuring systems to meet specific business needs. Your expertise will help clients adopt leading practices and standardize their processes. Additionally, you will lead the consultant and client teams through critical phases such as testing, migration, and cutover, while supporting change management through training and user adoption.

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
• Advise clients on industry-leading practices and SAP recommended processes
• Design target state SAP solutions and influence clients to adopt standard practices
• Analyze application landscapes to design interfaces for SAP solutions
• Perform SAP configuration and testing while developing specifications for forms, reports, and interfaces
• Lead consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle, including planning and execution of testing, migration, and cutover
• Support change management by developing training materials, delivering training, and assisting users post-cutover
• Develop productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree with honors, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in the SAP CO Module with a focus on Profit and Cost Center (PC), including 5-10 end-to-end full life cycle implementations
• Experience leading teams and a strong understanding of SAP implementation methodology
• SAP S/4 HANA experience is an advantage
• Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environments
• Sound understanding of business processes, industry nuances, and leading practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English to build relationships with client stakeholders
• Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design
• Strong business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities
• Willingness to work outside the office base and travel both locally and abroad
