• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital and IT projects
• Develop and implement technology strategies that support business objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or digital transformation roles
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry
• Knowledge of modern web and mobile technologies
• PMP or similar project management certification
