Head of Leasing - Central Pattana

Lead the strategic planning and execution of leasing operations to drive sales, productivity, and profitability. Develop comprehensive policies and annual budgets to achieve business objectives. Oversee the entire leasing lifecycle, from identifying market needs and presenting properties to negotiating terms and closing deals. Monitor property market trends and provide tenants with essential information to support their operations. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless leasing processes and high tenant satisfaction.

• Develop and implement leasing strategies, policies, and annual budgets to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end leasing process, including tenant sourcing, property presentation, and deal negotiation.
• Monitor property market trends and provide tenants with comprehensive information on expansion, zoning, and local conditions.
• Review rental applications and references to ensure compliance and effective leasing decisions.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support leasing operations and resolve issues.
• Analyze leasing performance data and prepare reports to drive team improvement and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in leasing or real estate management, with at least 3-5 years in a team leadership role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage complex projects effectively.
