Bell Attendant

The Bell Attendant at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort, part of Minor's Anantara Hotels & Resorts brand, supports guest arrivals and departures by handling luggage, providing hotel and local information, and coordinating with the Front Office team. The role involves maintaining the lobby and bell desk areas, assisting with transportation arrangements, and delivering messages and amenities to guest rooms while upholding luxury service standards.

Candidates should have a service-minded attitude, good English communication skills, and the physical ability to handle luggage and work flexible shifts. Previous experience in a 4-5 star hotel in bell, porter, concierge, or front office roles is preferred, though fresh graduates with a strong hospitality mindset are also welcomed.

Welcome guests upon arrival and departure in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.

Assist guests with handling, transporting, and storing luggage safely and efficiently.

Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about room facilities, hotel services, and resort amenities.

Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth guest arrival and departure experiences.

Assist with guest transportation arrangements, including taxis, limousine services, and shuttle boats where applicable.

A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Tourism is an advantage.

Previous experience in Bell Attendant, Porter, Concierge, Guest Service, or Front Office operations in a 4-5 star hotel is preferred.

Good command of English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Physically fit and able to handle luggage, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
