Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance role at Kiatnakin Phatra Securities Public Company Limited, based in Bangkok within the Digital & Technology team. The position involves developing test scripts and scenarios, defining testing scope, executing tests, identifying quality risks, and building automated test frameworks for backend and frontend. The role also requires documenting test cases, results, and defects for sign-off.

The role requires at least 2 years as a Quality Assurance Engineer and at least 1 year of experience with automation testing tools. Candidates should understand testing methodologies, SQL scripting, Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), and tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, CI platforms, and Git. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and a service-minded, proactive attitude are expected.

Participate in the development of test scripts, test scenarios, test methodologies, and documents for execution

Understand project requirements and analyze business cases for testing projects

Define testing scope, estimate testing effort and resource for project

Conduct testing to ensure products perform according to user requirements and within established guidelines

Build and maintain automated Software Test Automation Frameworks (Backend and Frontend)

At least 2 years with Quality Assurance Engineer role

At least 1 year experience in Automation Testing tools

Knowledge in testing methodologies, able to create the test cases, test data and test report

Teamwork, high responsible and problem-solving

Effective communication and collaboration skills
