Benefits Operations Leader

Marsh is seeking a leader to establish and scale its Mid-Market Benefits Operations function in Thailand. The role oversees the MMB Claims and Member Management teams and supports business operations involving billing, accruals, premium collection, document delivery, financial reporting, compliance, continuous improvement, and change initiatives.

The successful candidate will have at least 7–10 years of health and benefits or insurance operations experience, including three years in senior leadership or management, and experience leading Claims and/or Member Management functions. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, strong financial and stakeholder-management skills, knowledge of Thai health insurance regulations, fluent English, and preferably Thai language proficiency.

• Lead the MMB Claims and Member Management operational teams and ensure service quality, productivity, and SLA compliance.
• Oversee health claims processing, member administration, billing, accruals, premium collection, and document delivery.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, performance reviews, and talent development.
• Drive operational controls, compliance, risk management, automation, and process improvements.
• Support financial reporting, profitability reviews, revenue tracking, cost management, and system enhancement initiatives.

• At least 7–10 years of Health & Benefits or insurance operations experience, including three years in senior leadership or management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple operational teams, including Claims and/or Member Management.
• Knowledge of health claims processing, member management, billing, accruals, premium collection, and Thai insurance regulations.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Thai language proficiency preferred.
