AI, Automation & Business Analysis (SPX) - Business Intelligence and Data Analytics - Bangkok

This role develops AI-powered tools, scripts, and automation solutions for Customer Service workflows. It also analyzes operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes, process gaps, and opportunities to improve productivity, contact rate, end-to-end resolution, and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will collaborate with SOP and CS Operations teams on workflow redesign and evaluate AI adoption and automation opportunities. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, hands-on coding experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel; SQL experience is advantageous.

Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered tools, scripts, and automation solutions for CS workflows

Analyze CS operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes, process gaps, and improvement opportunities

Translate analysis into recommendations to improve productivity, contact rate, E2E resolution, and CSAT

Collaborate with SOP and CS Ops on workflow review, process redesign, AI adoption, and automation

Explore emerging AI capabilities, analytical approaches, and automation tools for further efficiency gains

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

Hands-on coding experience through internships, academic projects, or professional work

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in GSheet/Excel

Interest or experience in AI, automation, business analysis, and process improvement

Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
