Guest Service Representative (Thai-Mandarin/English)

The Guest Service Representative supports Minor Vacation Club’s preview centre operations in Bangkok, Thailand. The full-time role involves representing the company at designated locations, explaining packages and rewards to prospective customers, providing directions to selected Sales Preview Centres, completing tour-booking paperwork, confirming guest attendance, maintaining collateral and the work area, attending team meetings, and sending booking information to Phone Marketing Administration.

Performance is measured through tour-volume requirements, spoken English and other targeted languages, confidence in opening conversations with customers from around the world, self-motivation and focus on targets, and ability to work to operational standards in a five-star environment. Regular performance reviews and coaching may be provided to enhance skills and productivity.

Represent the company at designated marketplace and work locations.

Explain packages and rewards to customers attending sales presentations.

Provide customers with maps and directions to selected Sales Preview Centres.

Complete paperwork for tour bookings and communicate bookings to Phone Marketing Administration.

Confirm guest attendance, maintain collateral and work areas, and attend scheduled team meetings.

Able to communicate in English, Thai, and Mandarin as indicated by the job title.

Confident and able to repeatedly initiate conversations with potential customers worldwide.

Self-motivated and focused on meeting targets.

Able to work in a five-star environment while meeting Minor Vacation Club operational standards.

Willing to attend regular performance reviews and coaching programs.

Regular performance reviews may include coaching programs to enhance skills and overall productivity.
