Customer Services Agent

The Customer Services Agent supports daily operations at Bangkok LIFE at The St. Regis Bangkok. Duties include serving as the first point of contact, managing guest and member relationships, handling enquiries and complaints, recommending relevant programmes, coordinating appointments with Medical and Wellness teams, maintaining guest profiles, supporting bookings, and conducting facility tours.

The successful candidate should explain longevity, wellness, biohacking, medical and recovery services, distinguish wellness from medical services, and communicate approved information accurately. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least two years in hospitality or a related guest-service field, fluent English, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a professional, service-oriented approach.

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and members

• Build guest relationships and follow up after visits

• Handle enquiries, requests and complaints professionally

• Explain and recommend relevant Bangkok LIFE programmes within approved guidelines

• Coordinate appointments and guest information with Medical and Wellness teams

• Bachelor's degree in any related field

• At least two years of relevant hospitality or guest-service experience

• Fluent spoken and written English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, service-minded and team-oriented approach
