Technician (Park Ventures)

JLL is hiring a Technician for the Park Ventures site in Bangkok. The role involves the upkeep of plant and facilities equipment to ensure smooth daily operations, including regular inspection of equipment rooms and facilities using predefined checklists, walking duty technicians through weekend work plans, and providing technical recommendations. The technician serves as the front line for maintenance needs, carrying out equipment repairs, coordinating with vendors for maintenance work, and implementing equipment moves, adds and changes while complying with local governmental rules and regulations.

Candidates should be certified to perform electrical or mechanical repair and have prior experience in a facilities and maintenance role. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are required to clearly report issues and provide repair instructions to clients.

Inspect all equipment rooms and facilities regularly using predefined checklists

Walk duty technicians through weekend work plans and provide technical recommendations

Carry out equipment repairs and coordinate with vendors for maintenance work

Implement required equipment moves, adds and changes

Ensure compliance with local governmental rules and regulations

Certification to perform electrical or mechanical repair

Prior experience in a facilities and maintenance role

Good communication skills, both written and spoken

Ability to clearly report issues and problems
