Technician (Mercury Tower)

JLL is hiring a Technician for Mercury Tower in Bangkok, Thailand. The role involves operating and controlling building engineering equipment and machinery according to scheduled plans, performing preventive maintenance per the PM Master Schedule, and inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment based on work orders from building management or tenants. The technician also records energy usage parameters, conducts weekly tests of fire pumps and emergency diesel generators, coordinates with security and cleaning staff, and supports company and building activities as assigned by the chief technician, assistant engineer, or building engineer.

Operate and control building engineering equipment and machinery per scheduled plans

Perform preventive maintenance of equipment per the PM Master Schedule

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment based on work orders from building management or tenants

Record energy usage parameters (electricity, water, gas, OT Air) and log readings on Log sheets

Conduct weekly tests of fire pumps and emergency diesel generators and submit Weekly Test Reports
