Product Owner

Product Owner role at Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited (KKP) in Bangkok, within the Marketing & Product Development function. The position is responsible for building and developing business capabilities, transforming KKP products and services for digital channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch product releases on time while improving customer experience.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, along with experience as a product owner, business analyst, or in a related area. Candidates should have strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and familiarity with Agile methodology is considered an advantage.

Build/design/develop business capabilities and transform KKP products and services to serve customers through digital channels

Own/prepare business activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams in KKP to manage and launch product releases on time

Understand and analyze customer needs, align product roadmap to strategic goals and ensure customer experience improvement

Research and analyze market, the users, and product roadmaps to compete in financial industry

Develop appropriate customer journey and detailed specifications for product features as well as business flows/diagrams for the development team

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related

Have experience in product owner, business analyst or related fields

Excellent interpersonal skill and administrative skill

Good analytical skill and acumen in business logic

Proactive attitude and self-motivate
