Financial Services Officer (Thai & English Speaking)

The Financial Services Officer supports Minor Vacations' development, sales, and marketing operations by delivering customer service and managing financial inquiries from timeshare owners. The primary responsibility is the efficient collection of timeshare receivables and timely resolution of owner financial issues, including follow-up on overdue payments and enforcement of policies on delinquent accounts.

The role requires fluency in Thai and English, a bachelor's degree (preferred), and prior experience in financial services or customer service. Candidates should have a basic understanding of consumer credit principles, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Follow up on overdue payments and implement effective measures to recover outstanding amounts.

Address owner inquiries and concerns regarding financial matters with professionalism and urgency.

Develop and maintain proficiency in the Loan Servicing module of the timeshare system.

Maintain and update the receivables database to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to resolve account-related issues promptly.

Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written) is required.

Prior experience in financial services or customer service is an advantage.

Basic understanding of consumer credit principles (e.g., credit cards, bank loans, or similar financial products).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a tactful and solution-oriented approach; excellent time management and organizational abilities.
