You will support regulatory compliance by establishing processes and engaging with regulatory bodies such as the Bank of Thailand and the Anti-Money Laundering Office. The position requires providing legal advisory support on payment and lending regulatory matters, including licensing requirements and product structuring. Additionally, you will collaborate with the AML team on operational tasks and support process improvement projects for the FCO and MLRO. The role demands timely advisory support to business stakeholders on new products and change management to resolve regulatory and legal issues effectively. You will monitor regulatory and legal developments affecting payment services, AML/CFT, and financial services in Thailand, advising on business impact and necessary actions. This position requires a strong understanding of Thailand's regulatory framework and applicable AML/CFT laws. You will review and advise on lending and payment-related legal documentation. The role emphasizes high integrity and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Proficiency in both English and Thai is essential, as these will be your principal work languages.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for risk management issues, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments. You will identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks to the organization, providing recommendations for mitigation strategies. The position involves developing and maintaining risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with Alibaba International's standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders to conduct risk assessments, analyze trends, and report findings to senior management. Additionally, you will monitor and review existing controls to ensure their effectiveness in managing identified risks and stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
