Test Lead

Hitachi Digital Services is hiring a Test Lead for its Cloud & Data Engineering function in Bangkok, Thailand. The role focuses on quality assurance across AI-driven products and systems, ensuring solutions meet high standards of functionality, reliability, and user experience before and after deployment.

The Test Lead designs and executes comprehensive test strategies across functional and non-functional requirements, drives continuous improvement in QA practices, tooling, and automation, and sets quality standards across squads. Candidates should have experience in quality assurance or software testing, familiarity with test automation frameworks, strong analytical skills, and experience in agile or squad-based delivery environments. Exposure to AI/ML products, financial services, or enterprise-scale systems is an advantage.
