Backend Developer (Node JS. ) -58420

The Backend Developer (Node JS. ) -58420 role is part of Hitachi Digital Services’ Cloud & Data Engineering function in Bangkok, Thailand. The position involves developing and maintaining NodeJS programs, capturing requirements, designing applications and technical specifications, supporting knowledge transfer, and resolving application problems in production.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field and have 2–3 years of software development experience. The role requires NodeJS experience, Java and SQL programming skills, communication and interpersonal abilities, coordination across teams, and problem-solving skills. Experience in project-based work is advantageous.

Develop and maintain NodeJS programs using various high-technology tools.

Capture requirements, design applications and technical specifications, and support knowledge transfer to users.

Analyze and design application functions.

Fix application problems in production environments.

Consult users on application-related issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.

2–3 years of software development experience.

Experience with NodeJS.

Required programming skills in Java and SQL.

Good communication, interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
