Actuarial Assistant

The Actuarial Assistant at AIA Thailand supports the actuarial function by providing advice and assessments on the performance and profitability of the business. The role contributes to actuarial strategy, capital management alignment, strategic asset allocation, par fund management, embedded value analysis, and economic capital modelling, while advising on insurance adequacy and recommending on account profitability.

The position is suited to an early-career actuarial professional working within an insurance environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sustainable growth and customer solutions across the Thai market.

Provide input to the actuarial strategy to ensure alignment of capital management and other metrics

Contribute to strategic asset allocation, par fund management, embedded value analysis and economic capital modelling

Advise on the adequacy of insurance levels and cover

Provide recommendation on the insurance profitability of business account

Provide advice and assessment on the performance and profitability of the business
