Product Owner (Technical Delivery) at Amity

The Product Owner (Technical Delivery) at Amity Solutions translates the Product Roadmap into well-defined features and ensures they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the expected quality standards. Working closely with the Product Manager, the role owns day-to-day product delivery, including backlog prioritization, user story definition, sprint planning, release coordination, and delivery quality, focusing on how and when features are delivered rather than customer contract commitments.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within a software product team, preferably in SaaS or platform environments. Candidates need solid Agile/Scrum knowledge, hands-on Product Backlog management, the ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate on APIs and integrations, and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Figma. Strong English communication and native Thai are required.

Collaborate with the Product Manager to break down initiatives and epics into clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria

Own and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value, risk, dependencies, and delivery priorities

Develop release plans with the Engineering Lead and facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews

Monitor release progress, collaborate with QA on test scenarios, and coordinate release readiness with the Platform team

Track feature adoption and performance metrics, gather feedback, and balance new features with bug fixes and technical debt reduction

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within a software product team, preferably in SaaS or platform environments

Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience managing a Product Backlog

Sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with developers on APIs, integrations, and data flows

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Figma; strong English communication and native Thai
