Cross Sell Lending

The role involves recommending and offering vehicle credit products to customers by telephone. The employee explains credit limits, interest rates, relevant conditions, and application documentation, follows up with interested customers, records contact information, and updates customer statuses in the system.

The position requires meeting monthly KPIs and sales targets while complying with product conditions, regulations, and prescribed work standards. Candidates need at least a vocational certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree, sales experience, communication and negotiation skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Automotive credit knowledge is advantageous.

• Call bank-provided customer lists to offer vehicle credit products

• Explain credit limits, interest rates, conditions, and application documents

• Follow up with interested customers and close sales to meet targets

• Record customer contact information and update customer statuses in the system

• Achieve monthly KPI and sales targets

• High school diploma, vocational certificate, vocational diploma, or bachelor's degree in any field

• Previous sales experience

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Basic computer skills

• Responsible, diligent, positive, and able to work under pressure
