Technician (Ital Thai Tower Juristic)

This on-site Bangkok role supports day-to-day plant and facilities operations at Ital Thai Tower Juristic. The technician maintains equipment, inspects equipment rooms and facilities using predefined checklists, documents problems, briefs duty technicians on weekend work plans, and provides technical recommendations when needed.

The role also involves repairing equipment for clients, coordinating with vendors for maintenance work, supporting equipment moves, additions and changes, and following local governmental rules and regulations. Applicants should be certified and experienced in electrical or mechanical repair, have facilities and maintenance experience, and demonstrate clear written and spoken communication and a customer-oriented approach.

• Maintain plant and facilities equipment to support smooth daily operations
• Inspect equipment rooms and other facilities and record problems using predefined checklists
• Brief duty technicians on weekend work plans and provide technical recommendations
• Repair equipment and coordinate with vendors for maintenance work
• Support equipment moves, additions and changes while complying with local regulations

• Certified to perform electrical or mechanical repair
• Previous experience in a facilities and maintenance role
• Ability to clearly report issues and provide repair instructions
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Customer-oriented and good-natured approach
