Design Project Manager

JLL is hiring a Design Project Manager based in Bangkok to act as the client's representative across all phases of design and construction for data center projects. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, third-party consultants, contractors, and design firms; managing design packages, trackers, contracts, budgets, schedules, and change orders; and ensuring QA/QC, constructability reviews, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates should have at least 5 years of data center or critical facilities project management experience, a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with data center design standards and Google Workspace tools.

Serve as the client's agent and authorized representative through all phases of design and construction for data center projects

Coordinate, clarify, and track design packages with client and third-party contractors

Develop comprehensive design project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and change management protocols

Conduct constructability reviews and value engineering assessments at key milestones

Oversee invoice processing, change orders, and ensure design QA/QC performance

Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management

At least 5 years as a Project Manager, Design Manager or similar role in data center or critical facilities projects

Strong working knowledge of technical drawings, single line diagrams, and data center infrastructure systems

Experience managing domestic and international project portfolios

Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace, Google Docs and Google Drive
