System Analyst (Banking)

Capco, a Wipro company, is hiring a System Analyst (Banking) based in Bangkok to support digital transformation initiatives for financial services clients. The role involves working with business analysts and developers to gather requirements, design system solutions, prepare functional specifications, validate testing, and coordinate with DevOps and IT security on infrastructure configuration. The analyst also mentors junior team members and reviews their documentation.

Candidates need a university degree, 3-7 years in a similar Business Analyst or Business Integration role, 2-3 years in a client-facing position, and experience in financial services and Scrum environments. Knowledge of methodologies such as RUP, Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall is required, along with strong English communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Assists in planning and assigning tasks to junior System Analysts

Participates in understanding business requirements and processes from BAs and analyzes system impact

Leads interaction with developers to communicate system design, functional specifications, and architecture

Validates test results and facilitates issue resolution during testing

Mentors junior team members and reviews their documentation

University degree (preferably business or IT related)

3-7 years of experience in a similar Business Integration or Business Analyst role

2-3 years of experience in a client-facing position

Experience in the Financial Services industry and Scrum environment

Knowledge of multiple development methodologies (RUP, Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall) and excellent English communication skills
