Visual and Product Brand Design

Senior-level Visual Designer role at Kiatnakin Phatra Securities (KKP), a Thai investment and brokerage firm under the Digital & Technology division based in Bangkok. The position leads visual communication and brand positioning across digital platforms including website, app, and marketing channels, while overseeing and mentoring a design team.

Responsibilities include translating brand strategies into visual narratives, designing illustrations, icons and marketing artwork for social and paid channels, enforcing brand style guides, and monitoring international design trends. The role collaborates with senior management, UX/UI, marketing and business teams to maintain cohesive brand identity.

Strategic Visual Storytelling: translate brand strategies and business objectives into compelling visual narratives across digital platforms

Create meaningful visuals across touchpoints: design illustrations and icons for app and website, plus marketing artwork for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google paid ads, and owned channels

Stakeholder Collaboration: work closely with upper management, UX/UI designers, marketing, and business teams to develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity

Develop and enforce Brand Style Guides to ensure visual consistency across all design deliverables

Stay informed on international design trends, storytelling methods, emerging tools, and competitors' strategies; study international case studies

Lead and mentor the design team, fostering collaboration, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring high-quality deliverables

Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related fields

Senior-level experience in visual design, brand design, or related disciplines with a proven track record and strong portfolio

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop

Deep understanding of contemporary design trends and ability to adapt across platforms and devices

Exceptional communication, presentation, leadership, and teamwork skills; knowledge or interest in financial or investment products is advantageous
