IT Operator and Tools

This role is based in the Digital & Technology division of KKP (Kiatnakin Phatra Bank) in Bangkok. The IT Operator and Tools position is responsible for executing scheduled batch closings, monitoring system availability, and coordinating with system owners to resolve issues promptly to support banking transactions. The role also involves preparing operational summaries and being available outside normal banking hours, including holidays.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with experience in IT support or services and a service-minded attitude. Candidates should have fundamental IT knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Perform system closings per each cycle (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly)

Monitor and verify system availability

Coordinate with system owners to resolve issues promptly and prevent impact on bank systems

Prepare operational summary reports for each cycle

Work outside normal banking hours, including overtime and holidays

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience in IT support or services

Service-minded attitude

Basic IT knowledge

Microsoft Office proficiency
