IT Operator and Tools

IT Operator and Tools role at Kiatnakin Phatra Bank Public Company Limited, based in Bangkok within the Digital & Technology function. The position is responsible for running scheduled End of Day tasks, monitoring system availability, coordinating with system owners to resolve incidents, and producing summary reports. The role requires willingness to work outside normal banking hours and on holidays.

Responsible for executing End of Day task (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)

Monitor the availability of the system

Coordinate with the system owner to solve problems in a timely manner so as not to affect the Bank's system

Make a summary report according to various tasks

Able to perform duties beyond the normal working hours of the bank for both work outside of normal working hours and on holidays

Bachelor's degree in Computer or related fields

Experience in support or IT services

Service minded

Basic knowledge of information technology

Microsoft Office
