Senior Project Manager

CP Axtra (Makro Pro) is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Bangkok to lead large-scale technology and digital transformation projects in a fast-paced retail environment. The role covers end-to-end delivery of multiple simultaneous projects, from initiation and planning through UAT, deployment, and stabilization, while maintaining project plans, timelines, risk registers, RAID logs, and communication plans.

The manager coordinates cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, data, finance, and external vendors, acting as the primary contact between business and technology teams. Duties include gathering and prioritizing business requirements, overseeing UAT and defect management, managing cutover and hypercare, and reporting progress, risks, and financials to management. A bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of project management experience are required; retail or e-commerce experience and PM certifications are advantageous but not required.

Lead end-to-end delivery of several projects simultaneously from initiation to stabilization.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, RAID logs, and communication plans.

Act as primary contact between business teams, technology teams, and external vendors; prepare and lead steering meetings.

Gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements; coordinate with tech teams on solution design and feasibility.

Oversee test planning, UAT execution, defect management, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

5–10 years of experience in project management, PM, PMO, digital transformation, or IT implementation.

Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or logistics is an advantage.

PM certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, Prince2) are a plus but not required.

Strong working knowledge of system integration, APIs, data flows, and digital platforms (nice to have).
