Full-stack Engineer, Digital Venture

Makro PRO is a new digital venture by Makro aiming to build a technology platform for restaurant owners, hotels, and independent retailers. The Full-stack Engineer will build applications ensuring high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code. The role involves participating in the delivery team, supporting the product owner in defining stories, and designing backend systems for the MVP. The position may evolve to include product support and QA responsibilities.

Build applications ensuring code quality, documentation, efficiency, and modern practices

Support product owner in defining future stories and tech lead in defining technical designs

Design and develop business logic and backend systems for the MVP

Work closely with developers and QAs to understand the system end-to-end

Write unit, integration tests, and functional automation

Experience in at least one backend and frontend framework (e.g., SpringBoot, node.js, ReactJS)

Experience writing unit and acceptance tests, continuous integration, and test-driven development

Experience with code refactoring, design patterns, and continuous deployment

Experience with distributed and modular architectures (e.g., microservices-based)

Excellent understanding of latest development technologies
