Tax Accountant

aCommerce is seeking a Tax Accountant to support the finance team with filing tax documents. The role involves preparing and organizing tax documents, ensuring timely and accurate filing, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with tax laws. The candidate will also provide administrative support during tax audits and coordinate with the finance and tax teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Assist in preparing and organizing tax documents, including gathering necessary financial data and supporting documentation.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax documents, meeting all deadlines.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related documents and correspondences.

Input financial data accurately into tax software and spreadsheets.

Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations by staying informed about current tax requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, fresh graduates are welcome.

Basic understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
