**Technical Service Support (Industrial IoT Solutions) - Qonnect (Special Contract)**

This role provides technical support for SCG Qonnect's Industrial IoT solutions, covering installation, testing, delivery, and after-sales service. Responsibilities span hardware, electrical/control signals, networking, and software, including on-site troubleshooting, signal verification from machines to cloud/dashboard, and coordination with engineering, software development, and customer IT teams for deeper fixes. Documentation such as service logs, network diagrams, I/O lists, and configuration records is also maintained.

The position requires a vocational diploma (ปวส.) in electrical, electronics, control, mechatronics, computer, IT, or a related field, with basic knowledge of electrical/control systems, PLC I/O, sensors, analog signals, LAN/Wi-Fi networking, and Windows troubleshooting. Field travel to customer plants, including upcountry sites, and occasional out-of-hours work are required. Experience in field service, automation, Linux, Modbus/MQTT, or SCADA/Grafana is considered a plus.

เชื่อมต่อและตรวจสอบสัญญาณจากเครื่องจักร เช่น PLC I/O, NPN/PNP Sensor, Analog Signal (4–20 mA / 0–10 V), RS-485 และ LAN

ให้บริการ Technical Support และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นด้าน Hardware, Software, Dashboard และ Network ให้กับลูกค้า

ตรวจสอบการส่งข้อมูลตั้งแต่อุปกรณ์หน้างาน Gateway ไปจนถึง Cloud/Server และ Dashboard และประสานงานกับทีม Engineer, Software Developer และ IT ของลูกค้า

จัดทำและอัปเดตเอกสาร เช่น Service Log, Network Diagram, I/O List และ Configuration Record

จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. สาขาไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, ระบบควบคุม, เมคคาทรอนิกส์, คอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

มีพื้นฐานด้านระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบควบคุม สามารถอ่าน Wiring Diagram และตรวจสอบวงจรเบื้องต้นได้

มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ PLC I/O, Sensor, Analog Signal และการเดินสายอุปกรณ์เบื้องต้น

มีพื้นฐานด้าน Network เช่น LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Address, Subnet Mask และ Gateway และสามารถติดตั้งและแก้ไขปัญหาโปรแกรมบน Windows ได้

สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานที่โรงงานลูกค้า รวมถึงต่างจังหวัด และปฏิบัติงานนอกเวลาทำการเป็นครั้งคราวได้
