T&T Consultant - ETP As A Service/Operate (SAP Ariba/MM) - SEA

Deloitte Southeast Asia is hiring a T&T Consultant within the Enterprise Technology & Performance portfolio, supporting SAP Ariba/MM across SEA. The role involves Level 2/3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support, including incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, solution design for enhancements, and compliance with AMS processes. The consultant may also support project implementation teams, contribute to business development, and coach analyst/consultant-level members.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 4-6 years' experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support or implementation team member, with knowledge of SAP Ariba. The role requires flexibility for client workdays, on-rotation critical support, and travel to client sites.

Render 2nd/3rd level AMS support, troubleshoot medium to complex production incidents, and ensure SLA-compliant resolution

Perform problem management and present root cause analysis with permanent fixes to stakeholders

Lead solution design discussions and deliver medium to complex enhancements within agreed timelines

Maintain documentation per firm standards and comply with AMS processes and client IT policies

Support project implementation teams and contribute to proposals, presentations, and publications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline

4-6 years' experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as support or implementation team member of SAP Ariba

Knowledge of integration with related SAP modules and ability to derive test data and perform testing

Experience delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms using waterfall and/or Agile methods

Willingness to work on client business days, on rotation for critical requests, and travel to client sites
