T&T Consultant - ETP As A Service/Operate (SAP PAPM) - SEA

This role involves providing Level 2 and 3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support, troubleshooting medium to complex production incidents, and performing problem management to reduce recurring issues. The consultant will lead discussions on solution design for enhancements, maintain documentation, and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role includes supporting project teams in delivering solutions and contributing to business development efforts. The position requires leading and coaching junior team members while adhering to firm standards and client IT policies.

Provide 2nd or 3rd level AMS support for escalated production incidents

Perform problem management and root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues

Lead discussions on solution design for medium to complex enhancements

Maintain documentation according to firm standards and best practices

Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives

Support project teams in delivering solution applications and developing work products

Contribute to business development efforts by preparing proposals and presentations

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines

3-6 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support team member

Experience in implementing SAP PAPM (Profitability and Performance Management)

Good knowledge of integration to related modules/sub-modules

Experience in delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms

Experience working on waterfall and/or Agile delivery approaches

Ability to lead discussions and engage stakeholders

Pro-active and resourceful with strong collaboration skills

Willingness to work on rotation basis and support after business hours

Ability to travel to client sites if required
