Consulting Account Lead, Google Cloud Consulting

The Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) team focuses on enterprise AI transformation. The Consulting Account Lead acts as the executive trusted advisor to C-level executives, defining ambitious goals and ensuring tangible business value from investments in Google Cloud and Gemini. The role involves owning the customer's change journey, from architecting the services strategy to establishing governance across complex delivery programs involving customers, partners, and internal teams. The position requires being at the customer site approximately 50% of the time.

Act as a lead transformation advisor for C-level and VP stakeholders, delivering industry-specific points of view on business value.

Own end-to-end services strategy incorporating AI, shaping the transformation journey via roadmaps, proposals, and delivery plans.

Manage cloud delivery programs, ensuring successful execution across customers, partners, and Google Cloud Consulting while mitigating risks.

Act as a change agent to ensure successful platform adoption, including driving usage of Gemini and AI Solutions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in a customer-facing role in management consulting, enterprise technology transformation, or customer success.

Experience leading technology or digital transformation programs for enterprise organizations.

Experience building and maintaining relationships with C-level or VP-level executives.

Experience managing AI transformations in organizations.
