T&T Senior Consultant - SAP PP - TH - Deloitte

This role is part of the SAP team within Deloitte Southeast Asia, focusing on the SAP PP Module. The position involves leading the group to drive regional growth by creating, selling, and delivering SAP solutions. Responsibilities include functional and technical design, application development, business transformation, and leading implementation cycles. The role requires designing target state solutions, performing SAP configuration and testing, and supporting change management through training and user support.

Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements

Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices and SAP recommended processes

Design target state SAP solutions and influence clients to adopt leading practices

Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution

Perform SAP configuration and tests; develop specifications for forms/reports/interfaces

Lead consultant and client teams through implementation cycles including testing, migration, and cutover

Support change management by developing training material and delivering training

Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Good honors Degree, preferably postgraduate level, in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines

Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in SAP PP Module, preferably with 2-3 end to end full life cycle implementations

SAP S/4 HANA experience is an advantage

Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment

Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances, and leading practices

Good communication and presentation skills in English

Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design

Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solution

Sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities

Willingness to work outside of office base and ability to travel (both locally and abroad)
