Design Engineer (Post-Tension) - Cement Business - SCG

SCG Cement-Building Materials is hiring a Design Engineer (Post-Tension) in Bangkok under its Civil Engineering function. The role designs post-tension (prestressed concrete) products, prepares product cost estimates for sales support, and works with the B2B sales team on presale activities with government and private designers and key construction influencers. The engineer also develops new knowledge and technology related to post-tension products, supports marketing on brand awareness, manages the design team, and handles project improvement initiatives.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, 0–3 years of work experience, and a controlled professional engineering license at the Associate Engineer (ภย.) level in civil engineering. A driving license and willingness to travel to provinces for short- and long-term assignments are required. Ability to use structural analysis software is considered an advantage.

Design post-tension (prestressed concrete) products

Prepare post-tension product costs for sales support

Support B2B sales presale activities with government and private designers and key influencers

Manage the design team and handle project improvement work
