T&T Consultant - ETP As a Service/Operate - SAP SD - TH - Deloitte

This role involves providing Level 2 and Level 3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD). The position requires troubleshooting medium to complex production incidents, performing problem management to reduce recurring issues, and leading solution design for enhancements. The consultant will also support project teams in delivering solutions and maintaining documentation. Additionally, the role involves coaching junior team members and contributing to business development efforts.

Provide 2nd or 3rd level AMS support for escalated production incidents

Perform problem management and root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues

Lead high-level solution design for medium to complex enhancements

Maintain documentation according to firm standards and best practices

Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives

Support project teams in delivering solution applications and client communications

Lead and/or coach Analyst and Consultant level members

Contribute to business development proposals and presentations

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines

At least 4-8 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as a support or implementation team member for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)

Good knowledge of integration to related modules/sub-modules

Experience delivering solutions on cloud or on-premise platforms

Experience working on traditional waterfall and/or Agile delivery approaches

Ability to lead discussions and engage stakeholders

Pro-active and resourceful with the ability to rally team members

Flexibility to work on rotation basis and outside standard office hours

Ability to travel to client sites if required

Basic technical debugging experience
